There will be a continual effort to improve the form and function of the building for years to come. The building deserves it. And all the tenants and guests who use it deserve it. PARKING
There is limited parking behind the building. I currently offer it free on a first come, first served basis for tenants. Market rate is $50 per month for a dedicated parking space so this is a nice bargain! For those winter months when it gets dark early, there are both dusk-to-dawn lights and motion sensor lighting to illuminate the area. |
LOCATION
Conveniently located just a 1m walk to Baker Park straight from the rear parking area for midday or post workday walks in the park. They say that walking meetings are the latest and greatest productivity and creativity booster. Or if yoga is the best way for you to reset your energy, visit Sol Yoga across the street. Or have lunch at any of 3 places just a block (or less away). Le Parc Bistro for fine french cuisine, Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining for fine traditional afternoon tea or great lunch selections with a southern flair, or Blueside Tavern for American fare favoring classic dishes from the southeast corner of the grand ole US of A. |
